Dublinked Planning Thematic Workshop
In response to the high demand for planning information since the launch of the Dublinked open data portal, the Dublinked network is hosting a planning themed workshop.
The first event of the Dublinked innovation network is a planning themed workshop to explore the potential of planning open data, including topics such as Strategic Planning, Planning Application, and issues surrounding Environment & Heritage.
Workshop participants will hear from Planning Experts, Local Authority Planning Representatives and a new startup company that is currently using open data to develop a planning application. There will also be a demonstration of additional planning data to be added to Dublinked.ie.
The format will give participants an opportunity to develop ideas on how they might use this data differently and to voice their views on further data they would like.
Speakers include;
- Micheal Stubbs, Dublin City Council
- Conor Skeehan, DIT
- Ciaran Gilsenan, Mypp.ie
- Dominic Byrne, Fingal County Council
- Eileen Quinlivan, Dublin City Council
The event takes place at the IBM Research Lab in Damastown this Thursday 8th Dec from 9:30am and will go on till midday. To reserve your place email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
