Professor Thomas Lawton will deliver the InterTrade Ireland 2011 Innovation Lecture on Thursday 16^th June 2011, at 6.00p.m, in the William Jefferson Clinton Auditorium, University College Dublin. The title of the lecture is “Innovate for Advantage: A Strategic Toolkit for Designing and Delivering a Breakout Strategy”.

Professor Lawton’s central message is that the key ingredients for establishment of a high-performance, double-digit growth companies are entrepreneurs or senior managers who are fired up for change and who have developed a strategic toolkit that can lead to a winning position.

The lecture is based on Professor Lawton’s book “Breakout Strategy” which has been widely commended.

This innovation lecture is being delivered as part of the InterTradeIreland All-island Innovation Programme.
