This presentation will focus on the legal steps involved in raising money including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, subscription and shareholder agreements.

The talk will highlight the main legal points which arise during a fundraising round such as due diligence, founder warranties, minority rights, good/bad leaver provisions, exit provisions etc. and the approaches taken by different investors (such as Enterprise Ireland, Angels, VCs).
